Region V Training Project Staff
Ann Kronser, Program Director

Ann Kronser, M. Ed, serves as the Region V Training Project, Program Director, working cooperatively with HCET Title X training staff to provide audio, web, and face-to-face conferences around the region. For the past 11 years, Ann has been the Director of the WI Services Project providing training and technical assistance to Wisconsin family planning clinics. Prior to that, Ann was the Title X Training Manager serving Wisconsin. She has been in family planning for over 15 years, having worked both as a clinic educator and a clinic manager.
Abby Hunt, Training Manager

Abby Hunt, MSW, serves as the HCET Training Manager responsible for Title X activities in Indiana, Illinois, and Michigan. Abby also manages the Adolescent Reproductive Health Project (ARH) and works closely with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local and state level organizations to promote science-based approaches to teen pregnancy prevention. She co-directs the Great Lakes Institute for Community Health Educators (GLICHE) as well.
Michelle Watkins, Training Manager

Michelle Watkins is the Training Manager serving Title X providers in Minnesota, Wisconsin and Ohio. She also supports HCET’s HIV Prevention Project, a collaborative effort to reduce the number of new HIV infections among women of color in Regions V and VII. Within Wisconsin, Michelle assists with the Colposcopy Education Project focused on promoting the most current, evidence-based guidelines for cervical cancer screening.
Carrie Baranowski, Project Assistant

Carrie Baranowski is the Project Assistant in HCET's Madison, Wisconsin office. Along with providing daily support for the Title X Training Project, Carrie coordinates the details for our Title X Technical Assistance process and the CTC NP Preceptor Program. She also handles the day to day activities for the Wisconsin family planning program, Urban Partner Services, Rural Colposcopy Services, Northcentral Technical College Scholarships, and other projects. In addition, Carrie creates HCET's Monday Memo, a weekly e-newsletter.
